For Rakuten, I had the unique opportunity to design a board game to orient new employees. This project went beyond traditional onboarding methods by transforming the standard welcome packet into an interactive and engaging board game. It was crafted to guide new hires through the ins and outs of life at the company, teaching them about various workplace rules and procedures in a fun, memorable way.
The game made the learning process enjoyable and fostered team building and excitement about joining the Rakuten family. It proved to be a highly effective and innovative approach to welcoming new staff, setting them up for success from day one.
